HOW TO REQUEST ON-SITE DELIVERY
- Use the COMMENT form below. Your information will be sent to ASPD administration and will not be made public.
- Include the following:
- Your position/role, and contact information (e.g., phone, additional email)
- ASPD course/s (or new course title/s) you wish to offer at your site
- Instructor: Will ASPD supply an instructor or do you have an instructor with a minimum of a Masters Degree?
- Location (e.g., School District 495 office located in City, ST)
- Anticipated number of participants
- How you know/will guarantee enrollment
- Other information
