- Provide your name and email in the form
WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR REPORT
- Full Course Name (copied from the bottom line of the course heading section)
- EXAMPLE: ED/B9893Chap-100501-ONLINE
- Activity where the problem occured
- EXAMPLE: LEARN 3 – Promising and Proven Practices (150-200 words)
- What problem you experienced (be specific – but brief)
- EXAMPLE 1: My responses to question 4 are not scored correctly. I tried this assignment by marking every answer, and all were scored as zero!
- EXAMPLE 2: The link to the webpage on page 3 takes you to a page of advertisments with links and I cannot tell which link I should use (if any).
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
ASPD will respond as quickly as possible to correct the matter. Generally, you will be notified of the correction/update. In some cases, changes will readily become visible in the OnlineClassroom and will not warrant a direct response.
