ASPD and UMass Global systems each use unique login credentials.
ASPD participants create a username and password at the time of the first registration in each system.
NEVER create more than one account in either system.

To obtain course credit

1. Register to take an ASPD course through the ASPD course registration page.  The type and amount of credit available, if any, will be shown on the course information page.
   
2. If a course credit option is available, register as a student at Brandman University to obtain credit on a university transcript AFTER a course begins and BEFORE the end of the 4th week of a course following directions on the COURSE home page in the ASPD OnlineClassroom
3. Successful completion of all activities and assignments in an ASPD course is required.
4. Upon successful completion of an ASPD course, Brandman is notified and completes the process for grade posting.

To obtain official Brandman University transcripts
After UMass Global posts grades for an ASPD course, an individual may request official transcripts directly through the UMass Global student portal.

At the time of request, enter the name and address of the entity to receive the transcripts (e.g., employer, state licensing agency, recertification office, university, Human Resources office of a potential employer, etc.).

Review the transcript request page for information about transcript fees and processing time.

Each individual creates a Brandman student account when completing the first registration for credit at Brandman Univeristy.

If you forget your password, or if you do not receive a confirmation email AFTER setting up a Brandman University account,  passwords can be reset here.

Troubleshooting UMass Global Login Issues

Checklist

• Clear cache and cookies in your browser
• Make sure pop-up blockers are off
• Try tasks using at least two (2) different browsers
• Try tasks using at least two (2) different internet connections (This is particularly important when attempting connections using an employer's network.)
